Their stories
Men who found the courage to ask for help
A wonderful place to learn and share our experiences. We are able to discover parts of ourselves that we did not know.
The S.A.C. and the services I received are part of a very rich program for understanding violence and conflict. What I learned with the counsellors was of a very high level, and I would really like to learn even more.
First of all, I want to thank the whole team for their work and patience, even when we make them repeat the same thing several times. I would recommend S.A.C. to anyone going through difficult times, when they feel lost and need direction and support to regain control of their situation. I am leaving S.A.C. feeling aware, responsible, and back in control after a very difficult experience.
I am very, very happy to have been accepted into and completed this program. I feel like I truly see things now beyond anger, regret, and other people’s judgment. I will absolutely recommend S.A.C. to anyone who needs help. Thank you again for what you have done for us. I felt more comfortable there than I do at home.
It is a wonderful experience. I highly recommend trying it, because it helps people in both their personal and professional lives. You learn how to be yourself in difficult situations and how to deal with others.
